Culinary Institute Orientation

All new Culinary Arts students are required to attend one of the two orientation sessions listed below before beginning a program. Orientation will cover a variety of topics to prepare students for success in the Culinary Arts Program, including a tour of the facilities.

An important component of orientation is the review of uniforms and tools that are required to participate in classes. Sizing and ordering information will be distributed so that students are aware of what they will need before visiting the EMCC Bookstore to make their purchases.
