When you take time to look after your health, you’re not just feeling better—you're also setting yourself up for success in school. Students who practice good self-care tend to do well throughout the semester and keep coming back each term. Exercise, sleep, and healthy food help your body and mind work together so you can learn more and enjoy it.

Self-Assessment

The first step to improving your wellness is having an understanding of where your wellness efforts currently stand. Take this quick self-assessment to help you reflect on whether or not you are intentional about caring for yourself in a healthy way.
