The Clubs and Orgs Packet has been relocated to Canvas. All Advisors will be given access to the information in their Canvas. The Canvas course provides an overview of student life clubs/organizations procedures (2018-2019). It contains resources (calendars, club phone list, & important contact numbers), services (equipment, room reservations, tables, vehicles, student lounge, fax machine and posting policy) policies (funding for travel and event guidelines, and parliamentary procedures) forms (event proposal, fundraising, officer update, official function, permission to be photographed, and assumption of risk) procurement procedure (definition of terms used, spending money, working with vendors, event planning information and photocopying/printing).
