In spring 2008, the Maricopa Community Colleges Governing Board awarded Orcutt / Winslow Partnership and McGough Construction the contract to design and build a new learning studio classroom complex at Estrella Mountain Community College. This state of the art LEED certified facility allows the college to provide West Valley citizens increased access to education, job training and technology. Mariposa Hall, the fourth capital project as a result of Prop 401, is tentatively scheduled to open for classes in spring 2010. .
